At the Beach, Looking Back On My Birthday

Today was a glorious Sunday afternoon in October, the perfect day to celebrate my birthday on the beach in Bay Head, New Jersey, along with Rex, London, and Maddie. As I said to Rex as we sat side by side in our his 'n' her blue and white striped beach chairs, as much as I have enjoyed each of our birthday getaways, there's really nowhere I'd rather be to celebrate my birthday than on the beach in Bay Head... with my happy, healthy family with me to share the milestone.

Before we left for the beach this morning, Rex received an invitation on his Blackberry to connect with our good friend Deb over on Jersey Bites dot com, and it was nice to connect with her online.
