October Is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Sadly, everyone knows someone who has been affected by breast cancer. Thankfully, my 84-year-old mother is a breast cancer survivor, and that part of my family history makes me acutely aware of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Now is the time to remember to do your own monthly breast self-examinations (ask your the perfect time to learn more about Cryo-cell and the benefits of their stem cell research, and perhaps make a contribution to the Susan B. Komen Foundation in the process. Here's how:

Cryo-Cell International, Inc is partnering with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to explore the potential utilization of menstrual stem cells to treat breast cancer. Women's menstrual blood has proven to be a rich source of stem cells. These stem cells are the subject of extensive, aggressive research and development, and industry experts anticipate that C’elle stem cells will be the next great frontier for diagnostic and regenerative medicine.

Cryo-Cell International, Inc recently launched a special campaign to support “Breast Cancer Awareness” month. During the month of October 2009, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Cryo-Cell is making the following contributions to the Susan B. Komen Foundation: a $50 C'Elle Breast Cancer Donation for each purchase of their “Protect Baby, Protect Mom” service and a $25 Cyro-Cell Breast Cancer Donation for each purchase of the “C’elle Menstrual Stem Cell” service.
