Birthday Weekend

We're celebrating my birthday this weekend, so Rex and the girls and I will head down to our beach house in Bay Head, NJ sometime tomorrow for sun, fun, and a Sunday night dinner of 100 steamed clams. On Wednesday, we celebrated with lobsters at Grandmom's house (after all, where would I be without my mom?). Tonight, Rex prepared his famous pistachio encrusted rack of lamb with a perfect double rack from Louie at the Chester Meat Market.
