As my loyal Roxiticus Desperate Housewives readers know, we've been away for most of the month of August, enjoying our beach house in Bay Head, New Jersey, without any television to get in the way, due to a long-running Who's-on-First style dispute with Comcast.We returned home yesterday to discover 157 channels and nothing on...specifically, the Disney Channel is broken. After spending 30 minutes too many with SpongeBob SquarePants today, I called Comcast to see if there was a widespread Disney problem (a crazy Roxiticus Boycott of Hannah Montana that I didn't know about??!!), but it turns out it is just my house. All of the televisions in my house. We can watch reruns of Andy Griffith, dirty movies, the network news, or cartoons on Nickelodeon, but we can't catch up on the Suite Life of Zack & Cody or Hannah Montana episodes that we missed during August. And we'd better get used to it....the Comcastic clowns can't come until Tuesday, September 9th...SIX DAYS WITHOUT THE DISNEY CHANNEL??Did someone say claw hammer?

Mini Bug would be driving me up the wall without her Disney channel! I would then do my best to Drive Comcast up the wall also.

That's very strange. I hope they plan on crediting your account for the days you're without the channel. That's just very poor customer service.
