What a beautiful tree you have! How tall is it if you don't mind me asking?

That's a nice big tree! Aww... how I wish I could have one too. Mine is a little..well, what can you expect from a tiny fibre optic? But it sure lightens up a bit for my little Christmas Corner
. =)

Merry Christmas.

Thanks all, for taking the time to comment on our Christmas tree.

Ann, this year we went with an 8 to 9 foot tree for a couple of reasons. We always get our trees from Alstede Farm in Chester, NJ. Last year, we had a 9 to 10 foot tree which was not only taller but had a thicker trunk that didn't balance well in our stand. After Rex, London, Maddie and I had decorated it one afternoon and were admiring our work, it suddenly crashed to the floor. In the end, we only lost a few of our most precious ornaments from Christmas past, but our whole family was shaken by the experience. This year, I think our tree is every bit as beautiful but it feels safer. Thanks again for admiring it.
