True Love Tag Part II

Copy the questions and answer them honestly.
  1. What does true love mean to you? The search is over....I wake up every day knowing that I'm living the life I've always wanted, with the guy I've always wanted (though you couldn't have told me twenty years ago that someone like Rex would be the one).
  2. How do you know you're really in love? It lasts. You're willing to work at the relationship, but you don't have that walking-on-eggshells feeling of "If he finds out who I really am, he might not love me...."
  3. How many times in your life have you fallen in love? Once. While I may have believed I was in love two or three other times in my life, reality proved me wrong.
  4. Have you ever fallen out of true love because you were mad at the moment? Never. True love is not like a payday loan that ends when you don't need it anymore. You can only end an infatuation or a mistake because you get mad at the moment.
  5. Do you feel love and physical attraction are the same thing? No. I can be physically attracted without being in love....but I can't be in love without being physically attracted. Rex is HOT.
  6. If your true love became ill or disfigured would you continue to love them the same way?Now and forever.
  7. Should anyone else be able to tell you who to love or not love? No way. I fought my parents when I fell in love with Rex, and didn't invite them to our wedding. It took children/grandchildren to change their minds about him. You can try to warn a best friend if you think they are making a mistake, but in the end it is their decision whom to love (or not love).
  8. Do you believe people that ended up divorced were ever truly in love? Possibly, but probably not....see #3, in which reality proved me wrong.
  9. Would you give up something you want for someone you love? Yes. I'm not sure I've had it happen to me (yet), but I would. My friend Mary Alice is giving up her life here in the Roxiticus Valley and moving to Southern California to follow her true love, and I would do the same.
  10. If you truly love someone do you feel it should be unconditional? Not necessarily. I love my children unconditionally, but there are certain things a true love might do that, if not repaired, cannot be forgiven.
